Free, no-obligation estimates · Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing is a IN-licensed Foundation Crack Repair company that treats every Kempton job like it's the only one on the schedule.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Kempton technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Kempton homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Kempton technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Kempton calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Kempton homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Kempton foundation wall right now.
A Kempton sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Kempton schedule.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
No two Kempton basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →Some Kempton properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Kempton crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Kempton jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Kempton horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
Our crews stage locally near Kempton, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Our major repairs come with written, transferable warranties — useful if you sell the Kempton property later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Kempton customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Kempton claim.
Word of mouth is still how most Kempton customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
Every Kempton technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
